The Apprentices whose competencies have been successfully demonstrated both on- and off-the-job and who are able to demonstrate a completed Apprentice Record Book, will at the end of their indentured training period receive from the Australian School of Tourism and Hotel Management an AQF (Australian Qualifications Framework) Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery).

This qualification is supported by a Record of Achievement listing the units of competence that have been achieved.  In addition to receiving your AQF qualification a Trade Cooking Certificate will be issued by the Department of Education and Training.
